Head of Customer Care Team/Team Leader

For a foreign company in the field of instrument technology, we are filling the position of Head of Customer Care Team/Team Leader, who will lead a new team of colleagues who will deal with customers‘ service requirements for instruments in Europe and will communicate daily in English.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service with leadership responsibility
  • Experience in an internationally operating company is preferred
  • Possess strong self-reliance, initiative, analytical skills and team leadership experience
  • Expert in order/customer/request lifecycle management
  • Expert in customer communication processes and channel strategies
  • Interest in technology and service, repairs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of lean methods as a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and MS Office
  • Fluent knowledge in English, German, Czech is a big advantage

Job description:

  • Lead and direct the general service administration
  • Lead and direct the customer lifecycle management
  • Lead and direct the request lifecycle management
  • Support the customer master data management
  • Obtain information about the current company strategy and market environment to examine and evaluate processes, set-up and understand the needs of the stakeholders
  • Provide status reports to Leadership team
  • Review customer communication processes, channels and response times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generally monitor operations and perform troubleshooting
  • Derive customer focus strategy from customer feedback
  • Evaluate progress and communicate goals to the team members (possibly located in another region
